The Imperia pasta cutter is amazingly easy to use and highly versatile, making it possible to prepare fresh home-made pasta in just a few minutes!

Reginette is a flat, ribbon shaped pasta that is characterized by waves on both sides of the noodle. They are typically around 1.2 cm (0.5 in) wide.
They can be coated in light, creamy sauces, or even in hearty meat-based dishes.
