Marcato Otello pasta Machine
The vintage styling of this beautiful traditional pasta machine celebrates the tradition of Marcato and its founder, Otello. With 7 settings for pasta thickness, anodized aluminum rollers, and fettucine and tagliolini integrated cutter, this pasta machine blends vintage aesthetics with modern-day technology. There is more space for air under the machine that makes pasta easy to maneuver. Marcato's signature rollers allow for a more porous dough, which improves how well sauce catches to pasta.
The structure of Othello is also in anodized aluminum. The Champagne color is obtained through an anodic oxidation process that not release any residue, which allows obtaining a clean and healthy pasta without any metal intrusion.
WOOD TYPES
The base and knobs of the handle are made with Wengè solid wood. They give it a vintage look, whilst retaining the typical stability and strength of Marcato products.
The wood is treated with natural oil to increase resistance and durability over time.
TYPES OF PASTA
Atlas 150 allows you to easy prepare Lasagna with a maximum width of 150 mm, 6.5 mm Fettuccine and 1.5 mm Tagliolini.
PASTA SHEETS
The 7-position adjustment knob of Otello allows you to prepare pasta sheet in different thicknesses, suitable for many shapes of pasta. The positions of the regulator correspond to the thicknesses shown in the following table.

CARE and CLEAN
- Wipe exterior of pasta maker with a cloth
- The combs under the cutting rollers are removable; use a dry cloth and brush to clean
