The Marcato Electric Pasta Fresca Machine is a groundbreaking kitchen appliance for pasta lovers who crave the taste of homemade pasta without the effort. This all-in-one machine combines functionality with efficiency, allowing you to make a variety of pasta types with ease.
Pasta Fresca is the ideal tool to mix, in just three minutes, 500 grams of flour and 250 grams of liquid at a time and obtain a medium-density, elastic, homogeneous mixture, just like by hand. A compact kneading machine, it has the advantage of being multifunctional: ideal for kneading all hard and semi-hard preparations such as pasta, pizza, bread and biscuits.
Fast & compact, the Pasta Fresca mixer mimics the work of hands by kneading pasta, bread, pizza, & cookie dough within a few minutes and with its attachment (1 roller and 2 cutter) can make 3 different pasta shapes, Lasagna 150mm, Tagliolini 1.5 mm and Fettuccine 6 mm

PASTA SHEETS
The 10-position adjustment knob of Attachment dough sheeter (included) allows you to prepare pasta sheets in different thicknesses, suitable for many pasta shapes.

How to clean
